Trusters è una piattaforma di crowdfunding fondata nel 2017 da Andrea Maffi come portale di real estate lending crowdfunding. Nel 2022 è entrata a far parte del gruppo Crowdfundme, che ne ha acquisito le quote di maggioranza.
Ha ricevuto l’autorizzazione a operare richiesta dal regolamento europeo ECSP il 6 dicembre 2023 e per ora è attiva solo in Italia.
Tutte le srl e le spa del real estate possono raccogliere capitali in crowdfunding su Trusters. L’unica tipologia di raccolta disponibile è il lending crowdfunding ed è prevista a carico dell’azienda una success fee sul totale dell’importo raccolto. Il taglio di investimento minimo parte da 250€.
