The copywriter plans a list of content for the social media channels and newsletters, which are intended to inform leads about the start of the campaign, the progress of the campaign and any news relevant to the company.

We can provide you with a list of selected suppliers who have demonstrated great competence and professionalism over the years. These suppliers include notaries, business plan production services, crowdfunding platforms, and financial advisors.

Online Paid Ads Management

The Project Manager and Media Buyers will propose one or more solutions to sponsor the campaign, based on the budget you decide to allocate for advertising. The channels to be used are Google, Facebook (now Meta) and Instagram, Linkedin, Bing.

The ADS Team will plan, build, manage and optimise the campaigns, keeping you updated on the results of each activity (we use Oviond for reporting, so you have a real-time updated dashboard).

Marketing and Sales processes

The Marketing Team devises the best strategy to intercept potential investors. The goal of Marketing and Sales Campaigns is to hook new leads, introduce them to the project, the campaign, and finally lead them to a call with you or directly to invest.

Newsletter, Automation Mail and SMS sequence

Copywriters develop a series of texts with the goal of informing potential customers and investors about the start of the campaign, the progress of the campaign, and the reasons why they should invest.

The texts are used for automated email sequences, update newsletters, or text messages to be sent to potential investors entered into the CRM.

The flow will be managed on Mautic, our marketing automation software integrated with the CRM. If you already have a software solution, we can use your preferred platform. If it has to be implemented from scratch, we use HubSpot.

Physical Event Support, Ads and Management

The Project Manager and the Marketing Team are responsible for defining and implementing the Marketing Strategy for your live or recorded webinar. This webinar serves as an opportunity for you to connect with potential investors who are interested in your project, with the objective of presenting them the campaign and your team.

This means operationally creating a dedicated landing page, up-to-date social editorial calendars and newsletters to promote it, integration for marketing automation activities and paid advertising management across various channels.

We will provide you with tips to make the webinar interesting, to break down the objections of the potential investor and resolve any doubts. Of course, we can also help you with the organizational aspect of choosing the platform to be used for the event.

Physical event

The Project Manager and the Marketing Team are responsible for defining and building the Marketing Strategy and Activities for your physical event, which allows you to meet potential investors interested in your project. The objective is to introduce them to the campaign and your company team.

Turbo Crowd does not have its own network of investors who finance the project and enable you to raise capital to support the company's growth.
