CrowdFundMe is a crowdfunding platform founded in 2018 by Tommaso Baldissera Pacchetti and Benedetto Pirro as an equity crowdfunding portal. In 2022 it acquired a majority stake in the Trusters platform, a vertical on real estate lending crowdfunding. It also offers investors an electronic bulletin board (bulletin board) for the secondary market of shares.
It received the authorization to operate required by the European ECSP regulation on November 10, 2023 and is currently active only in Italy.
