Walliance is a crowdfunding platform founded in 2016 as a real estate equity crowdfunding portal and financial advisor for real estate investments. It later expanded its services to other types of crowdfunding and the renewable energy sector. In 2023 it acquired Lymo Finance, a French real estate crowdfunding portal. It also offers investors an electronic bulletin board (bulletin board) for the secondary share market.
It received the authorization to operate required by the European ECSP regulation on November 8, 2023 and is currently authorized in other European states as well:
- Spain
- France.
Only LLCs and spas in the real estate sector or with renewable energy-related projects can raising crowdfunding capital on Walliance. The types of collections available are lending crowdfunding, equity crowdfunding and debt crowdfunding, and there is a success fee charged to the company on the total amount raised.
The minimum investment size starts at €500. The portal charges a fee to investors' returns if they equal or exceed the projections initially stated in the investment offer.
